Office Executive/Secretary

We are currently seeking the talents of an Office Executive/Secretary to join our dynamic and passionate team of professionals. 

The following knowledge and skills are necessary for this role*:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Tax Accountants Office ~ essential
  • Being Fluent in Korean and being able to translate
  • Being able to demonstrate speed and accuracy on the computer
  • Proven knowledge of and experience in using MYOB for Business and MYOB Accountants Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, together with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Team player committed to maintaining high standards and leading by example
  • Sound and accurate Data Entry skills
  • Proven ability to confidently advise management of possible improvements to efficiency
  • Your duties will consist of general secretarial duties & other administrative duties which will be discussed with you in your job description.
  • Other duties could include but not be limited to:
  • Marketing
  • Cleaning
  • Minding young children of staff on occasions
